DRUMMOND CONDOMINIUMS

DESCRIPTION

While working for Cuisines Modena Inc., my main responsibility was to take care of managing the Drummond condominiums project. Those tasks included:

• Producing AutoCAD plans of our kitchen & vanity plans in accordance with the architectural plans provided by the developer
• Tracking all modifications from the developper and/or architects
• Coordinating with the contractors to verify the plans
• Making sure the right kitchen appliances are to be inserted in the plan
• Organizing each condo's folder with the proper information & plans
• Producing the kitchen & vanity orders using the Scavolini software
• Tracking through an excel sheet the proper arrival of all kitchens & vanities (these products are imported from Italy)
• Preparing installation packages for the installers on-site
