DESCRIPTION

2233-2235 Girouard st. was a complete building renovation & interior renovation due to a massive fire that had destroyed most of the apartment.

In collaboration with the general contractor at Cuisines Modena Inc., I was to produce construction plans & interior plans so the city can approve them before starting the construction. We transformed the building into a 3-story appartment.
