ELZINI WINDOW DISPLAY PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

The goal of this project was to create a light and Spring-themed window for our client's fashion line, called Elzsini Design. She is a multidisplinary artist who studied the arts in Iran and Paris, before moving to Montreal in 2014. Other than tne mannequin, we were to build our display out of recyclable material.

• The white roses were made out of coffee filters and others with felt.
• The birds are made out of a combination of wallpaper for the body, lace fabric and feathers.
• The giant bird cage was made out of foam core and spray painted with a silver/mirrored spray paint.

This window display project was a collaborative project with a colleague. The teachers at our school have combined two students' design with similar elements into one window display. The first three pictures showcase the combination of the two designs, while the rest show our individual designs. The birdcage came from my colleague's design while mine incorporates a lot of roses with an arched doorway.
